i need to search for a hlp file and it should be XXXXX.HLP the x is for the
name becouse it has to be 5 letters, i hope you understood me, thanks

Search for

?????.hlp

The question mark (?) is a single-character wildcard whereas the
asterisk (*) is multiple characters.
 
Note :

"Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe) is a Help program that has been included in
Microsoft Windows since Microsoft Windows 3.1. WinHlp32.exe is required for
users who want to view 32-bit Help files that have the .hlp file name
extension."

Have you "Googled" lately???
