HELLO PLEASE HELP TASKBAR PROBLEM

Hello, i had a Windows 2000, i upgraded to Windows XP home edition COMPLETE
INSTALL. When i turned my computer on my taskbar stopped appearing. It
appeared then disappered. I know its NOT on auto hide, someone please help.
