Hello need serious help

I use two emails that are not MSN related.
(e-mail address removed), and (e-mail address removed)

I am told my problem happens because MSN messenger is
running in the background and inturrupts anything that
trys to run with it. LOCATED AT THIS LINK

except, it doesn't say how to work around it on any of
the links it gives for help,

when I try to send or recieve, I get this error

Have you downloaded/installed all of the Office updates?...
