there is a clients, his requirement is don't refresh interface then add
data,but dataview don't get the data that used the javascript add in

I appreciate that English isn't your first language, but could you try to
explain a little more fully what you need...?
 
It sounds to me like you are attempting to describe Remote Scripting
("AJAX"). You can look at Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX, or for a more lightweight
solution that's easier to learn, find "Anthem.Net" on Sourceforge.net.
