the person you are after was a guest in a newsgroup on the site nearly 4 years ago.
have you tried google or a mobile phone forum that might help you more?
bluetooth networking might not be that sought after on a pc forum, but i could be wrong?

Moto advise that PC850 is NOT Vista compatible, however, have you tried Mr Google
