Hello everyone, gwg here. Working on scanning and transferring photos to a harddrive and flashdrive.

Need a good free and easy program for detecting duplicate photos. I am using Picasa3 version 3.9.139. I am wanting to store them in two places, 1, external drive and 2. a flash drive. Any suggestion on a good free easy to use program would be very helpful.

Well, sometimes it pays to use/buy a better program ... I use Adobe Lightroom, not cheap, is especially good as I shoot RAW. Has no problems with dup pics.

Thanks, will check it out. I will be hopefully upgrading to a new computer soon. Looking at the HP All in one. Does anyone know what kind of photo program is installed and is it any good.?

err, I don't think MS Paint will do what you want.
