Chris :) nice to see ya again.. It happened by some traffic lights All the traffic had stopped The mitshibishi jeep infront of me.. I stopped behind the jeep then a little while later a vehicle came over the brow of the hill and didnt even attempt to brake and smashed into the back of mine concertinering my car bettween his and the jeep... No real serious injurys I hope I have to see a someone to make sure for certain.. as i somtimes get a tingling in my jaw and hand sort of like it feels like blood rushing away from it.. if you know what i mean.. i think that it might just be stress.. i dunno.. The car was a write off though and the insurance company only offered £1375 as a replacement payment.. It's an R reg Corsa (well was!)lol...

Psd.. :).. ermm Red.. No White.. No Red!.. lol what the hell Both :D

Murdoch, It'sme, Quad and Oldrocker Cheers Guys :D

Never accept the first offer,

and push for compensation payouts for neck, jaw and trauma (nightmare) injuries.

You may well get a good 5 grand for those in addition to the money for the car.

Have you seen the advert "where their is blame theirs a claim":p
What you could do is sue the driver that hit you through your insurance company and go for "like the like" ie they source a car in the same condition & age that you car was in before the RTA. It's a bit long winded but it does work & you dont loose out and why should you, it was not your fault!!

Developed by the American government during the 2nd WW. they needed something that was capable to drive on all types of terrain cheap to build/maintain> hence> JEEP:D Produced by Chrysler-jeep
