I need to get this taken care of. I have set up an
additional user on my computer and set the res. lower than
other users. I have a S-Video box to output to a
television that requires a lower res.. Is there a way and
how do I fix it so that when I change the res. on one user
that they dont all change????

No. Only a workaround by using software like 1st QuickRes
(http://gpsoft.hypermart.net/aqr.html) which allows to change the
video settings by mouse-click.
