HEEELP...Can't close WIN-Messengerrrr...

I have no idea how or when this happened and there's nothing that I can
think of to fix this.
When i press ctrl-alt-del it says the only application running = CTLTask
So no messenger, no outlook, no nothing... still, when i rightclick the icon
in taskbar and choose "close" it says "program is in use" !!!
Even disabeling the application from startup (msconfig) doesn't help... it
still launches itself.
I know it used to get readded automatically to "startup (msconfig)" after
using outlook which i find pretty anoying too, but at least i was able to
shut it down manually... untill now.

Any advise is welcome
