Hebrew support

It seems like the AntiSpyware cannot display Hebrew
Instead of showing the date in Hebrew letters ("îøõ") It shows some weird
european signs

I think there should be some unicode support for the program display (Also
because it's XP and there's absolutely no need to use ANSI)

At this time the beta only supports English localization. Look for other
languages to be added in future releases.
