Hebrew language pack

Dubi

Since i upgraded to XP I'm not able to read web pages in
hebrew. I get a message to install a hebrew language pack
but,I can't find it any where.
Where can I find it?

Check IE advanced options - is Install on demand enabled?
Have you set security too high, so it prevents installing IE components from web?
