Wait for the released product.
The current beta is English only. I suspect that beta2 will probably have
localization code in place, but whether it will be available in languages
other than English before final release isn't known. Most betas are
available in only a limited number of languages, perhaps 2 or 3, with
broader availability occurring gradually after the product is released.
