heat fan

The heat fan on my laptops turns on after about 3 minutes
and it's really annoying. I don't know how to fix this
and if anyone knows how, I would really appreciate it.

Well, if you turn the fan off, you will fry your computer. If that's bad,
wear earplugs. No, seriously. :-)
 
That is how it keeps the CPU from burning up. Try using the laptop in a
colder environment.
