Hear Saturns radio waves, very eerie!
If you want to keep it as a wav file, copy it from the 'temporary internet files'
In widows XP, go start/control panel/internet options/browsing history,settings/temporary internet files/view files/
Chances are that it will be the last one on the list (if the list is set up in chronological order)

Saturn is a source of intense radio emissions, which have been monitored by the Cassini spacecraft. The radio waves are closely related to the auroras near the poles of the planet. These auroras are similar to Earth's northern and southern lights. This is an audio file of radio emissions from Saturn.

EDIT:
OK, if anyone likes it that much, I've edited it into a 29 minute seamless mp3 :D
You can download it here:

If anyone wants it as a wav file, PM me and and I'll send it zipped.

Thanks Mudlark :)
I played it for the kids as well... they were of the opinion that it's saturn speak for "We will, we will... rock you!" (courtesy of Queen)
Not exactly sure how they arrived at that conclusion, but they both thought it was bl**dy cool

Jusy discovered how to find and save the music file :) (Edited my post accordingly)

Wow, that sounds weird!

Kinda like the sound effects of a 1950's space movie...! :o

Fascinating though, thanks for posting the link :thumb:
