Put the cursor into a cell on the row you want to hold on the screen then,
from the menu,
Window > Freeze Panes

Window > Freeze Panes

For Printing:
File > Page Setup > click on the Sheet tab.
In the "rows to repeat at top" field you type in what you want to be
seen. (As an example, if your header row is columns A through G you
would type in a1:g1)
Then click OK



For Viewing in the application:

click on the row beneath the header. Click on the Window menu. Click
Freeze Panes.
