Heading on multiple column report

I set up a 3 column report in the page setup. The data were printed ok, but
only the first column had deading. How can I make the heading on the other
two columns?
In the report design view, I only had one column with the heading on the
page group band.

Use the page setup to uncheck the Same as Detail option and
specify the column width manually. This allows you to make
the report as wide as the printable area of the paper and
use the entire width of the Page and Report Header/Footer
sections.
