Yes but there is few steps if you were to skip pages, but
as you asked, just leaving the last few without that would
be after you have selected View then select header &
footer you will then notice the tab PAGE select it after
you set your typed hearder and position it. Select PAGE
look for Fit to #### (pick how many pages and WALA!
My original question is below, but on this reply when I do
these steps with the Fit to option it adjusts my
information to one page, what am I doing wrong with this
answer? I received another message about using a macro,
but the answer below sounded easier. Thanks
