Headers and Footers

Hi,

Here was the way I made my page printed without Headers and Footers.

I viewed the page in the browser - File -Page set up- and deleted the texts
in the Headers and Footers boxes.

I deleted some texts in the Headers and Footers boxes because I didn't want
the page printed with Headers and Footers texts in it.

Now, I would like to have it back, but I forgot what the texts are. Please
help.
