The name of the form appears in the upper left corner on each form...!
Is there a way to change the name in the corner without changing the true
form name????

In design view of the form, modify the 'caption' property (on the format tab
of the properties sheet).

Design view - View Properties - be sure you have the form selected (the
title bar of the properties sheet will tell you what you have selected). If
the form isn't selected, then click on the grey box where the two ruler bars
intersect.

Format tab - Caption.

That was simple...
 
Actually, some of the people that work for me have access to my email and had
been working on this database. Since I was out of the office yesturday and
the change did not take place on the forms I did not think it had been fixed.

Sorry about double asking..
