Header on Page One Only

I use Word very seldom and have failed to find the settings that will
provide a header on page one only.

Answered in microsoft.public.word.pagelayout.

Please don't multi-post a question; you're more likely to miss
the posted answer, and those who roam the newsgroups answering
questions are more likely to waste time answering posts that
have already been handled. Most of the active MVPs monitor
several groups, so someone will see your query no matter where
you post it.
