Header not showing updated info in 2007

I have a workbook that was created in excel 2003 (possibly even XP), the last
update to the workbook was done using 2003 and I changed some chart data and
header informaiton from showing 2006 to 2008. The chart shows correctly with
the updated data, however the header does not show correctly, it still shows
the wrong information (2006 vs. 2008).

I did find an unusual way to fix this is to re-size the chart in 2007 and it
magially fixes the header. Unfortuantely this really isn't a viable solution
to the problem if we send this out to a client and they have 2007 they will
see the wrong header information.

Here is the unforunate part, I cant seem to find the specific sequence of
events to re-create this form a new workbook.

If anyone has seen this before or has some ideas about how I can fix this I
would be interesed in any ideas.

Okay, I figured out what is happening...

When the user modified the original workbook (in Excel 2003) they had the
chart itself selected at the time they modified the headers/footers and saved
the document. The next user came in (with Excel 2007) as you know Excel 2007
re-calculates the the worksheet when it converts it to the new format, it
also changes the focus from the embedded object (in this case a chart) to the
worksheet. And since the worksheet itself didn't get updated with the new
information when the user did a print-preview they show the header of the
worksheet and not the object.

So this is really nothing new just so happens that when Excel 2007 converts
the document it changes the focus.

So it is something that can be re-created with at least Excel 2007 and 2003
by changing what has focus.
