Hi BDavis,
I don't know if this fits your situation or not for printing.
Using the top rows of your spreadsheet as already suggested,
but as Earle indicated you would be stuck with that and it
would not appear for the pages printing columns to the
right of the first page.
Pages that print a once at the top Logo can start the rows
to repeat at a later row i.e. $50:$50 instead of $1:$1
Addressing Earles concern:
If you want the header on every page you would have to
repeat the header in Row 1 depending on where the page
breaks are. Not the best since you have to keep an eye
on things and probably best to set your own vertical page
breaks.
