header.htm adds itself to all outgoing messages

Hi,

My outlook adds the attachement "header.htm" to all
outgoing messages. I have traced this problem back to the
wordmail editor - I believe that the problem lies within
the normal.dot template or the email.dot template. if
anyone can let me know how to disable this i would be much
obliged.
