My boss has asked me to adapt an existing document. We're making it into a
training guide, but we need the footer to print out on each page of the
document. I can't get it to work, & I can't find anything in help.
Can you PLEASE help?

Would be nice to know the version of Office PPT you are using.

I am assuming that you are talking about printing the handouts pages for the
presentation. If that is the case you need to go to the handouts master
page and set the header and footer you desire there. Depending on the
printer you are using, you may need to move the footer up on the page as
some printers won't print within the last .7 inch of the bottom of the page
while others will print to within .3 of an inch, or closer, of the bottom by
default. Check your printer documentation for that information.

For PPT 2003 and earlier. Click View and then Master then Handout Master to
get to the master page. For PPT '07 click View then Handout master Icon.

Hope this helps, let us know.

Have you added the header&footer correctly?
Besides, does the header&footer display in the print preview? If not,you can
edit headers and footers using print preview:
1.On the Standard toolbar, click the Print Preview button.
2.In the Print What box, select the type of output you want: slides,
handouts, notes, or an outline.
3.To change header and footer options, click the arrow on the Options
button, and then select Header and Footer.
4.To return to normal view, click Close.
