When I forward a message in Outlook 2003, the header looks like this:

From: <sender>
Sent: <date>
To: <my address>

However, in previous versions of outlook it looked like this:

From: <sender>
Sent: <date>
To: <my address>
Subject: <the subject>

Is it possible to configure outlook 2003 so the subject field
will be shown as well?

thanks!

Indeed, I hadn't noticed that yet. This is probably done because with a
Forward or Reply the message subject is the same I don't think you can
change this behaviour.

No, you can't change the header. They removed subject since it was redundant.
