Header & Column

Hi, I discover some excel file, people can do a few small black dot beside or
up of the column/row hearder. There is a small plus or minus there, once
click on it, it will automatic hide some coloum or row.

How to do it ?

Select the columns, then Data>Group and Outline>Group
