header and the sides Home page to carry on through out web site

I lost my Home page when I was down loading it some how. Now I'm adding a new
Home page to my website that is already up. I wanted to add a new Layout
which I did.
I just want the top and sides to carry on throughout the website. I have
links that need to be on each page by this process.
So I need the Top of the we page which is the Name of the site and the left
colum which has links and the right side column which also has links to carry
on through out the web page.
I had it before with just the top and left side, but I lost it and forgot
how to do it.
Please help!

Look at using FP Include Pages or if using FP2003, the Dynamic Web Template.
