I have a new Hyundai 32" LCD HDTV with analog and HDMI inputs. I have tried
to get a driver from Hyundai without success. Using the analog connection,
the monitor should be capable of 1366 x 768 resolution. However, I cannot
set the resolution any higher than 1024 x 768 in Vista. Does anyone know a
solution? I tried downloading a Viewsonic driver but I couldn't make that
work. HDMI is another problem, but I think if I can get this resolved, maybe
then it work also.

Read your user manua carfully to see what resolutons it will accept over
what interfaces.
Over VGA or Component it will probably accept 1360x768 and over HDMI it
probably only accepts 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p or someset of theses.
Depending on your graphics card and its drivers you should be able to select
any resolutin usinf "Show all modes" or "custom resolutions"

The problem was resolved (partially) by downloading a new driver from Intel
for the 945 chipset. The Vista driver was way out of date. Now both VGA and
HDMI mode work. VGA is limited to 1024x768 by the LCD. HDMI will run at
720p or 1080i, however, the image is slightly offscale. I'm still trying to
figure out whether that can be remediated. Hyundai has been totally mute -
glad I drive a Honda!
