I have a problem with hard disc. Sometimes a hear sound like clik-clak in the
hard disc, I suppose disc is trying to read data, and after that computer
begin to restart. Another problem occur when I start machine and it stops
booting even when it is in
the process of reading drives, or in second attempt when winxp is going to
start.
I guess that there is a problem to hdd drive itself, but anyway I hope
that I can use any dignostic tool to recover disc.

I appreciate in advance any advice.

Most likely you have a problem with the hard drive. However, it is also
possible (much less likely than the first one) that your power supply is
overloaded.

Getting a diagnostic tool for the hard drive manufacturer's web site to
check the drive is a good start. However, if the problem is intermittent the
diagnostic may end up saying everything is ok.
You can also download some application that checks motherboard voltages like
motherboard monitor and see if it goes to low.

My suggestion would be to back up the harddrive and do whatever you want
fast. Be ready to get a new drive.

Mechanical sounds coming from the hard drive can't be fixed with software..
purchase another drive at your earliest convenience, and use the trial
version of Acronis TrueImage to clone the contents from one to another..

HD diags supplied by the manufacturer that are not 'destructive', that is to
say leave your data untouched, do not always pick up on faults.. the low
level format (writing zeros) will remove everything from your drive, but
will show errors that the other tests miss..
