some one can suggest me an utility to check the RPM Speed of my Hard Disks?

yes, google the model number.

Or, look for a tool called "hard drive spec sheet."

I don't believe software can measure this, at least not easily and not under
an NT-based system. I might be wrong about that, but I'm certain the spec
will tell you what you need faster and easier.
