HDA audio bus driver & audio hardware for ibm think pad x21

hi,
i tried to download such audio hardware listed here but still even i
put my volume at the highest point i still cannot here anything, the
sound is too low and kinnda distorted can anybody help me for this.

Internal laptop speakers or ones to you added to the jack????

You should have a hardware control to "adjust" the volume (hardware) to the
speakers.
