Well my problem is this:

I have a hd that still have oem xp on it... But it wont
appear on my bios, even though it's the original system. I even have a
upgrade Xp. I had a previous problem with the os on that hd. I have
another pc with xp, but I cant copy noir will I use Norton's ghost
imaging. Please advise

It sounds like your hard drive is toast. You'll need to replace it. If
it contains vital data that you didn't backup, you can try putting the
the drive in another working machine as a slave. If that machine sees
the drive in its BIOS, use the working XP install to copy over your
data. Or try to get the data by booting with Knoppix.

If the testbed box doesn't see the slave drive, then your only recourse
is to send it to a professional data recovery firm, which is quite
expensive. Only you can determine the value of your data.
