HD not reading at full capacity

i posted earlier and some person said that my drive was
in FAT32, he said that i needed to convert it to NTSF. I
tried that and all i got was a message saying that the
drive was already in that mode.
 
What it sounds like is that you have a partition that isn't the full size of
the drive. What you'll need to do is get a 3rd party tool like Partition
magic to expand your drive to the it's capacity. Going from Fat32 to NTFS
doesn't give you more space since the original partition was already setup.
