We have a major power outage in our area, and it appears one of my HD's failed.
Fortunetly it's only used for backups and data storage.
xp reports it's not formatted, the system event viewer says it had a
controller failure, so I'm wondering if anybody has a different take on the
situation than I do.
Mine is, it's failed and nothing windows can do will get it back!
so if someone else has a suggestion to fix it, (other than junk it and get a
new one)
please offer away!
I'm kind hoping some one can point me to a utility that I can scan the drive
and fix the errors HOPE HOPE HOPE!
