HD copy/transfer

Hello,

I just bought a new HD to replace an old "dying" HD. The
soon to be replaced in a 10GB HD with Win2k Pro. installed.
Is there an easy way (cheap) to copy/transfer my old HD to
a new HD?

A simple copy will not work.
