HBDevice Failed to Start

Get error message in event log on a W2K Terminal Server that says HBDevice
failed to start because it could not find one of the files. What is the
HBDevice? I can't find any reference to it.

Appears to be part of something called BlankScreen
Check registry key
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BlankScreen\DisplayName

It doesn't exist on any of my workstations, or my Terminal Server, so it
looks like a third-party app.
