Hayes 9600 modem DIP switch settings

There are four DIP switches behind the cover. What is their function. Obviously I don't have the
manual :(

I think they may be used to program AT commands...
but however they are set now...the modem should at least work for dial-up
(though a 9600 modem is fairly useless)

Typically the dip switches on the old Hayes modems were used to set the COM port
(1 through 4) and the IRQ.
