hi,
instead of plotting the values in the selected range,
excel takes those values to be the names of points, and
instead plots the order of the values. ie, instead of
graphing (1.2, 5), which is the fourth x-y pair in the
worksheet, it plots (4, 5). when i put my mouse over this
point in the scatter plot, excel tells me the point
is "point '1.2'". does anyone know what's going on?
thanks,
susan
