I am trying to make several reports made up of other subreports, and am
severely frustrated because for each section of the subreport, I can display
it on the actual report on the first page only, but it doesn't show up for
any page after if it goes to multiple pages. Moreover, some subreports have
slightly different headings, so I can't really make a group heading because
it wouldn't apply to the whole report. Is there any possible way around this?

Do all the subreport **controls** and their section have the
CanGrow property set to Yes?

I didn't follow your sketchy description of some kind of
header issue.

Just to get terminology straight, there is no Access object called a
"Subreport"... there is a Subreport Control which can appear on a Report,
and in which you can embed a Report or a Form.

It sounds as if you are embedding the Subreport Control(s) in the Report
Header... they will be displayed / printed in the Section where they are
placed. If the data is related to each Record in the main Report, then the
Subreport Control should be placed in the Detail Section.

Pagination in Reports embedded in Subreport Controls can be problematical...
it's not clear to me just what you are actually experiencing (as seems to be
also the case with Marshall). Perhaps if you would try to clarify, and give
us some details and specifics, someone could offer useful suggestions.
