Hi there,
I recently bought a new laptop with a 60 day free trial of Microsoft Office.
I have had all sorts of problems with Outlook accepting the access key, so I
downloaded a new one and it still wouldnt accept it. Despite the program
being a "60 day free trial" it locked me out after 25 entries of Outlook and
now I cannot do anything but recieve my emails. So, I purchased the full
product and received the download link and new activation key. I have been
able to validate the likes of Word and Excel, but Outlook still keeps telling
me my activation key is incorrect. I have contacted Microsoft help desk and
have done everything as they have advised, but no matter how hard I try, I
cannot unlock Outlook. I am getting increasingly frustrated and would
appreciate some advice.
