Having Trouble Saving .Zip Files

I am having trouble downloading zip files by saving. I
used to be able to click and the dialog box with open
save and cancel but this has recently disappeared. I
think I might have unchecked the always show this dialog
option. How can I get this dialog back?

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".
