Having trouble PUBLISHING site from MS Frontpage-HELP!!

I am trying to publish my site. I work in MS Frontpage. After I am finished
saving everything to the server, it doens NOT PUBLISH!
Does anyone know why I would be having this problem?

If you're working live on the server and saving to the server, there isn't
anything *to* Publish - unless you want to publish down to your local
machine.

How are you working; local or live? Exactly what are you trying to do?
