Having trouble publishing my website

I created a website a few years ago on a different computer that I would like
to go back and edit. I now have FP 2000 and Windows XP. I imported my old
website into FP with no problem, made the changes I wanted, went to File>
Publish> Replace everything. It asks for my password and looks to be working
perfectly. It says my website was published successfully, but once I click
on the link my website looks exactly the same.

Could you please point me in the direction on how to troubleshoot this. I
have not used FP in a very long time so I apologize if this is easy. Thank
you very much.

Are you sure the cache in your browser was cleared and you are not
just looking at the old version?

I did try that but unfortunately it did not work. Thank you for the
suggestion, though.

Who is your web host? Do they cache the web site for a period of time
before the changes take place? (some do)

Have you looked at the all the pages on the published site or just the home page?

Are you certain you are publishing to the same location. I had the
same problem once, I was publishing to one address and my browser
bookmark was looking at another address with an older version of the
website. Guess what -- the changes kept not showing up until I started
looking where I was publishing!
