having trouble locating something

I am trouble locating where to go in windows where there a scheduale of all
current downloads and any other info is stored because I have downloaded an
update and is not working properly and I want to go back to previous update
does anyone know where it is

If you are referring to updates
from the Windows Update site...
Try...Control Panel / Add-Remove
Programs.

Also might be worth a try to do a
system restore to a time before the
problem began.
