Having trouble copying .xex file Please Help!

I would like to update my XBOX 360 to play my old games and the file I am
supposed to burn to a cd/dvd will not copy from the downloaded zip file to
the cd drive folder. Windows gives me a prompt when I drag and drop the
file. It says, "Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file.
What do you want windows to do?" The only options it gives me is cancel or
retry and it just does the same when you hit retry. What is Up? Microsoft
will only help me for a fee and Dell the same. I just want to use my 360
since I only have 2 new games and 20 old ones! Thanks for your help!
 
Sounds like the original zip file is corrupt hence it's contents cannot be
properly reconstructed back into the original files. Try the "Test" option
within WinZip to check file is ok. If don't have Winzip, do a google for
it.
