Having trouble copying .pst files into Outlook

I had to reinstall windows and start from scratch. I
saved my Outlook files (.pst) to a CD, and have copied
them into the Outlook folder. How do I get the files to
appear (contacts, inbox, etc) in my Outlook? I also have
them on a floppy and tried to import the file, but it's
not working. BTW, I was successful with the floppy when
I switched computers a month ago. The files are there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Copy the file to your local hard drive and remove the read-only flag before trying to open it in Outlook with the File | Open command. Outlook requires read/write access to PST files.
