Having to upgrade from Frontpage 2003 to Web designer?

I use Frontpage 2003....Which one of the 3 new programs coming out to replace
Frontpage would be the easiest for me to upgrade to and do I have to redesign
my existing web page to fit the new program?

Microsoft Expression Web Designer would be what you will be looking for.
But, it will not be released until early next year.
