having to press restart all the time

when i turn on my system i have to press reset to start
windows sometimes it is alright somtimes it takes 3 times
of pressing reset to get windows to run
any ideas

Hi, Sparksy.

This MIGHT be a Windows problem, but it sure sounds like hardware to me.
Something like a loose connection, or a broken solder joint that doesn't
make good contact until it warms up a bit. Why don't you unplug and replug
every connector you can reach and see if that helps.

If not, post back and tell us how far the process gets before you have to
recess. Do you ever see a Windows logo? Or does it quit before ever
starting to load Windows? Does it load on the first try on a Restart after
it warms up?
