having problems with seeing attachments on postings

Hello all...
I hope my subject line makes some sense. But, mainly I
visit the site DelphiForums.com and just today the
strangest thing has started happening. It (my computer
settings) will not allow me to view attached items.
Someone there told me that it may have something to do
with my AOL popup & spam filter. I had AOL "fix it for
me" (set it up) and now I'm not able to figure out what
it has done to my settings.
If someone could help me....wow, I would be very
greatful. Many thanks in advance.

What does this mean, "It (my computer settings) will not allow me to view
attached items".
