having problems with passwords

I am running windows xp. I have 2 identities and two different password but when prompted on the startup screen i put in my password and then wheni go to my inbox it prompts me again to put in my password also. i have gone into properties and checked the box to remember password but it doesn't can anyone help?
 
Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
